A 47-Year Journey in the Art and Science of Aesthetics
Q: WHAT INSPIRED YOUR LIFELONG DEVOTION TO THE ART AND SCIENCE OF SKIN?
Claudia: "My devotion to skin began in Argentina, where I graduated in 1978 as one of the country’s first formally trained aestheticians. Not long after, I joined the renowned Hospital de Clínicas, where I spent 21 years practising facial massage, neuromuscular rehabilitation and re-education. It was during this time that colleagues and patients began calling me the healing hands."
She recalls working with many patients referred from Sanatorio Fleni, often those experiencing facial paralysis. Through her work, Claudia witnessed how profoundly muscles, nerves and fascia respond to skilled, intentional touch - an understanding that would shape her entire philosophy.
Over the next four decades, she deepened her expertise across multiple disciplines, including lymphatic drainage, shiatsu and energetic balancing, myofascial release, facial rehabilitation and buccal massage.
“Woven together, this rich and interdisciplinary training now defines my holistic and intuitive approach — the core of my facial methodology,” she says.

The Birth of a Signature Technique: Facial Alchemy 360°
Q: WHAT MAKES YOUR TECHNIQUE DISTINCT?
Claudia: “A truly rejuvenated face cannot be treated only on the surface.”
She explains that her method works in layers — from the deepest structures to the most superficial tissues — and that the sequence itself is intentional. The treatment begins with activation, using linear and gentle suction movements across the décolleté and face to stimulate circulation and prepare the tissues. This is followed by intraoral (buccal) work, where Claudia releases deep tension, mobilises fascia and refines the natural contours of the face. The final stage is a comprehensive lymphatic drainage sequence that detoxifies, reduces inflammation and re-organises the tissues, leaving the skin lifted, radiant and deeply receptive.
What sets her work apart is its therapeutic foundation. Rather than focusing solely on the skin’s surface, Claudia works with the connective tissue — an often-overlooked system responsible for structure, hydration, nerve signalling and energetic flow.
Claudia: “To achieve a face that reflects true beauty, it must first be freed from tension, oxygenated, and detoxified. Only then does the skin glow and become receptive.”
The Birth of a Signature Technique: Facial Alchemy 360°
Q: WHICH SYNTHESIS ORGANICS PRODUCTS BRING THIS FACIAL RITUAL TO LIFE?
Once the face is awakened, activated and balanced, Claudia introduces what she calls her “perfect partners.”
Claudia: “Synthesis products are alive — organic, vibrational, and entirely chemical-free. They complete the transformation.”
Her two non-negotiables in her protocol.
First, NOTOX, which sculpts and smooths with effortless glide, allowing her to perform precise, controlled manual work.
Second, REPLENISH ELIXIR, a deeply nourishing formula that supports elasticity and enhances the absorption of active ingredients.
Claudia: “The synergy between skilled hands and pure formulations takes the technique to its highest potential.”

A Collaboration Rooted in Shared Purpose
Q: CLAUDIA, WHAT DOES SYNTHESIS ORGANICS MEAN TO YOU?
Claudia: “Synthesis Organics represents more than skincare — it’s a true alignment of value. Being invited into such a distinguished company is an honour I hold with deep gratitude. We speak the same language: pure products paired with intentional touch.”
She continues: “This partnership is a merging of philosophy and practice, where every movement, ingredient, and intention resonates in harmony. Together, we’ve elevated a facial treatment into a therapeutic, sensorial ritual — one where nature, touch, and energy work together to transform both the skin and the inner experience.”

A Shift Toward Natural, Conscious Beauty
Q: WHAT TRENDS ARE YOU SEEING FROM CLIENTS TODAY?
Claudia: “People are moving away from aggressive interventions. I wouldn’t be surprised if fillers decline in popularity. Clients want natural results, no downtime, and treatments that honour the integrity of the face.”
Her philosophy is unwavering: skin quality is the ABC of aesthetics — and no injectable can replace it.
“Touch is irreplaceable. Energy is essential. Technique is everything. And above all, nature remains the ultimate partner in transformation,” she says.

The beginning of the story
An Autumn Sunset in La Plata A mild and peaceful autumn sunset graced La Plata on Saturday, April 20, 1996 — a perfect day for the solemn inauguration of the women’s aesthetic studio that Claudia boldly opened to the public, full of confidence in the future. Her family and around sixty “fans” accompanied her with affection and, why not, admiration. Beautiful plants, flowers, and chocolates filled the house. The La Plata magazine Calle 52, in its first issue dated April 13, 1996, published a lovely color photo of Claudia with the following caption: CLAUDIA FABIANI, RENOWNED COSMETOLOGIST, COSMIATRIST, AND FACIAL SCULPTOR FROM LA PLATA. SPECIALIST ON THE TELEVISION PROGRAM “UTILÍSIMA,” MAKEUP AND AESTHETICS TEACHER AT RICARDO PIÑEIRO’S MODELING SCHOOL, AFFILIATED WITH THE ENNCLERUS SCHOOL OF COSMETOLOGY IN LA PLATA, AND ACTIVE AT THE HOSPITAL DE CLÍNICAS IN BUENOS AIRES, IN THE DERMATOLOGY DEPARTMENT. And with such credentials, until that very Saturday, Clau had still been working humbly, treating her many clients on a treatment bed in her own bedroom. A proper space was long overdue — and now she has one, thanks to God and the heroic effort of daily hard work and wartime-level austerity. A key figure in this achievement was Malena Carranza, the young and talented architect (sister of a member of our Total Dedication Community), who designed with exquisite taste and imagination a little “dove’s nest” over the roof of the kitchen, laundry room, and Rauli’s bedroom. The studio is accessed through the garage, closed off by wide green iron gates in colonial style. It was a smart decision to provide direct access from the street to the workplace through this spacious car entrance, which connects to the house via a side door that opens into the kitchen-dining area. From there, you catch a glimpse of a large emerald lawn, with plants, a small mandarin tree, flowers, and in the background, a majestic cedar and a lush vine stretching along the neighbor’s wall. To the left of the garage, a charming green spiral iron staircase — about three meters high — leads boldly to a cheerful space adorned with plants and a small wooden balcony, fully enclosed by transparent polycarbonate. Installed with artistry at varying angles, it provides a roof over the garage and lateral protection, offering warmth and safety to the new complex. We finally enter the studio, roughly five meters long and four wide, also built with polycarbonate. It is bathed in sepia-toned light and has three walls gracefully draped with floor-length curtains. The floor is made of large, high-quality interlocked wooden slats. There’s a large mirror with a shelf, hazelnut-colored wicker furniture lovingly crafted in China, two small chairs, a hexagonal table, and a coat rack. But the core of the studio lies in the treatment bed, the ergonomic chair for the cosmetologist, and two heavy, sophisticated machines: the Famax for facial treatments and the Multiplex for body treatments, both firmly placed on surgical-grade metal stands. There is also an infrared lamp and a standing magnifying glass. A solid algarrobo wood cabinet with shelves and drawers holds countless jars and brushes. Seventeen diplomas from various beauty institutions where Claudia pursued her specialties lend the room a sense of professionalism and seriousness. And of course, a beautiful image of the Blessed Virgin with the Child Jesus reminds us of Uncreated Beauty — the kind that never fades. The entire setting is gently lit by spotlights and warmed by a modern portable heater, sure to be appreciated in the chilly winter months. So concludes this modest (yet hopefully accurate) description of Claudia’s long-awaited refuge of beauty, blessed on inauguration day by Father Ricardo. Afterwards, champagne was served. Around 7 p.m., Loreley and I left, filled with joy and comforted by Claudia and Raulito’s triumph — her ever-present right hand and a constant source of inspiration and strength in all her plans and achievements. This little newsletter has been written without pretension but with much love. — The Super Aunt (Octogenarian!)
